Hole 12

The first picture is my dad and I on Hole 12 at Gatlinburg Country Club. Why is this hole so special you may ask? IT HAS A 200 FT. DROP! The second picture is the hole from my tee markers. From Daddy's it is above a 200 ft. drop. Then the 3rd picture is a picture of a picture of hole 12 before Pigeon Forge became so popular with Dollywood and all that. Also, Dollywood is less than 5 min. away from this golf course. You can hear the Dollywood Express Train's whistle bowing from the golf course. It was awesome!

This is my dad and I at Gatlinburg Country Club in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. This was a really nice course and if anyone who plays golf reads this an vacations in Tennesse, you should really go there. IT IS AWESOME!

My First Birdie

On August 7, 2010 I made my first birdie. It was on hole 6, the same hole i made my first par on. Since I have had golf lessons, I am now teeing off with a 5 iron. I landed it close to the hole. Then, I made an uphill putt. I was so happy.

This is just a picture I took while we were waiting for some people to finish the hole. I broke my hand so I had to drive my dad around and i was taking pictures. I thought this would be a good one.

My First Par

On February 21, 2010 at Clearfork Valley Golf Course, I made my first par. It was on Hole 6. heres my story: Once i teed off from the tee-box, I thought it was a hrrible shot because I couldn't see the ball. Then, once my dad and I pulled up to the green it was on the green. That was my first shot. Then I studied the hill on the green very carefully and I putted. I came so close to the hole. That was my second shot. Then I putted and it went in the hole! I was like, "OMG! I MADE MY FIRST PAR, DADDY!" I hope I will see more of those in the future.

All About Golf.

There are many reasons why I like to golf. The reasons are it is fun, you can spend time outside, it can get you a college scholarship, and many more. I like to cheerlead and do gymnastics, but golf is my life. Cheerleading and Gymnastics won't take you anywhere, but golfing will. You can golf all your life, but the others you can't. As you look through this blog you will see that golf is my passion and how much I love it.
